Tiers

Every Sybilion account is on a pricing tier. Your tier controls how fast you can call the API (per-minute request budgets) and how many forecast jobs you can run in parallel. This page describes what each tier is for. Your current tier and its live limits are shown in the Developers Portal Tiers Page.

Available tiers

Free	New accounts trying the API.
Starter	Active developers running small integrations.
Pro	Teams running steady production workloads.
Growth	High-volume integrations.
Enterprise	Contracted customers with custom limits, SLAs, and support.

Moving between tiers

Free, Starter, Pro, and Growth tiers upgrade automatically as you purchase more credits — you will be moved up to the next tier without any action needed on your part.
